  1. Reservations and Payments
  • All reservations and payments are subject to availability and must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type of service and the date of travel.
  • Final payment is due at a specified date prior to travel, as stated in the reservation confirmation.
  • If final payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  • The Company reserves the right to increase the price of the service in the event of an increase in taxes, fuel surcharges, or other costs beyond the control of the Company.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation fees may apply and will be outlined in the reservation confirmation.
  • In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be made according to the cancellation policy outlined in the reservation confirmation.
  • The Company is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer, such as non-refundable airline tickets, in the event of a cancellation.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have all necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport and visa, for their trip.
  • The Company is not responsible for any expenses or penalties incurred as a result of the customer not having the necessary travel documents.
